Do 18" OZ SuperLeggera wheels fit the new STI 7. In the middle of choosing my spec and the garage has infomed me that these won't fit because of the BREMBO brakes.

Anyone.......

Also, how much is the PRODRIVE body kit to buy seperately for an STI. I get a sneaking suspicion these guys thought of a number and doubled it.

Question

Im sure 18's do fit - I've seen them on a car on here somewhere. Don't quote me though.

You might aswell go the whole hog and go for 19's!!!

I don't think the SuperL's fit but the Prodrive OZ 18" (P1) wheels do. One solution (which I think I'm gonna try ( )) is to fit AP6 pots instead then fit most wheels will fit

You can buy the Prodrive bodywork bits and I know that the rear spoiler is £895 + the torque bars are extra

The spoiler has 10 (that is TEN) bolts to hold it down. I have a standard UK STI with the Prodrive spoiler (sorry, I don't like the Prodrive front end). It requires uprated torsion bars if you value your fingers (boot lid closes like a guillotine without).

This STI 7 bit confuses me. In Japan there is the STI 2001 and the STI 2002, with no such thing as the STI7. If someone wants to tag a number onto the STI UK it should really be the STI 8 as the 2001 model would have qualified as the 7. I think it is an Aussie thing.

Lightbulb

1) Super L's on 18" will not fit over the Brembo's.
2) Matt are you certain about that (OZ P1 wheels)?
3) Mike Wood mailed IWOC a while back indicating that technically it was an STi 8, but that he disliked those terms or something like that?

Mike,

I'm pretty sure about the 18" P1/OZ wheels because JGriff has them on his STi7 (and he's got the Brembos IIRC).
