Default ap 6 pots with single discs

hello all,
for sale where i live in belgium is an ap 6 pot setup, but with one piece, non drilled, non grooved 330mm discs.
guy claims he bought it like this, but can't seem to find the setup anywhere, aren't they standard the two piece bell/disc setup?
just wondering, i would like to buy but if i have to buy the 2 piece later on better save for a full set...

friendly regards

You need to find out what discs they are as if you cannot get replacements for them when you need them your stuffed , put a photo up of them and we should be able to see what they are off

They are 2 piece discs and bells , you can see the bolts holding them together , they look like AP discs and bells to me , just the discs are worn down so the grooves have gone

damn, you have a nice set of eyes.... can't see that, perhaps my ipad screen is just to small, or i seriously need glasses, lol
he's asking 700 pounds for them, seems fair to you?
i guess if the discs aren't too badly worn, it is a fair
price...

The discs are completely worn and need replacing , once the grooves have gone they are down to there minimum thickness , I would pay less for them , you would also need to see what the pistons are like in the calipers , as we have had to recondition quite a few of these and they generally need new parts adding to the cost

you are right, i will pass on them, nice bit of kit, but total cost will be too high for a second hand kit....
thank you very much for the advice!

Yes the 4 pot AP calipers are more than capable , but 6 pots would be slightly better braking from higher speeds , 100mph +
