Hi, looking for a bit of advice - I've started looking into changing my existing wheels (standard WRX 17s 5x100 stud pattern) for something multispoke probably in black similar to this

What I'd like to know is basically 2 things:

1. do I need to go to 18" wheels to clear Brembo brakes (future upgrade plans) or will certain 17" wheels be ok, and how do I tell which ones will fit?

2. If I did go for 18" wheels, how would that affect the ride / handling?

Any suggestions / advice welcome

we do the rota and inovit wheel ranges

the rota gra is similar to the wheel in the link above or also the inovit tarmac .

the 17" rotas clear brembos

18" is fine to run on newages , may be slightly bumpier than 17s but not much difference handling wise

Thanks Mags, honestly would prefer to stick to 17s for that shade more comfort, as long as they clear the Brembos that will do me - think it might widen my tyre choice a bit too, not sure tho. Will have a search for pics of the rota gra...
