Default New Pads and Disc's - GodSpeed.

Got my New Grooved Disc's and Kevlar Pads from Godspeed the other day and finally got round to fitting them yesterday. So Far i'm really impressed, good braking force and not noisy at all and they don't seem to be too dusty either.
I Would put a picture up but i'm sure you've all seen a pic of grooved pads and discs before.
Im going to be painting the 4 pots when i get a chance and reading up Hammerite Smooth seems to be the paint of choice?

Cheers Ian At Godspeed lovely guy and very quick delivery will deffinatly be using again

Just had them put on the rear and noticed the difference straight away.

Front next but need to get recon calipers first, not in a mad rush though

I'll get some pics up later on, still need to find some time to paint the 4 pots! Would hammerite smooth be the best paint to use?

Bit different, but got Ian's grooved discs & his kevlar pads all round fitted to the wife's John Cooper Works BMW Mini.
Great stopping power & look pretty good behind the 18'' JCW alloys!

Caliper paint is a lot dearer than Hammerite, doesn't cover as well, shows brush marks and doesn't last.

Hammerite every time.

Yeah that's what I found with the spray on high temp paint, it went really dull Matt finish which is not the finish I'm after. I'll get some hammerite smooth soon when I get round to it.

Here's a link to a thread I posted with all the prices and info on various brake packages for a classic. I'd deffinatly go for the Godspeed option still well Impressed with them.
