Neuton NT8000
Hi
Looking to buy a pair of tyres for MY99 (205/50/16).
I normally use Toyo TR1, which I buy from Camskill; they have them on offer at the moment at £69.95. But after I read about someone on here suggesting Falken FK452, I thought I would have a look at them, Camskill have them at £68.50.
Well using Google I found, www.tyrereviews.co.uk under Falken FK452 there is a few other suggested:-
Syron Race 1 plus, only had two review, not interested.
Riken Maystorm 2 B 2, only had one review, not interested.
Neuton NT8000, seven reviews 94% average.
Has anybody had any experience with any of these?
I am thinking about trying a couple of the Neuton NT8000 (£58.56), found a few of forums reviews for these (SAAB, Vectra and Volvo) some saying they are quite good
I know tyres are a personal choice and there is a bit of snobbery when tyres are involved, but what are other people using now?
Any other suggestion to try?
Cheers

I've been running Vredestein Ultrac Cento tyres for the last 30 months and I'll get them again. 17 inch 215/45. They don't tramline, are reasonably quiet, don't pick up screws and nails like my old Bridgestones did. Wet braking is very good and they last. They also run at higher pressures than ordinary tyres (38/36 psi), so they have stiffer tyre walls with less roll. I don't put my car on the track, so I have never tried them under those conditions.
