Default One man bleeding

Someone was talking about a bleeder which connects to the tyre valve, pressurising the system, as well as allowing a one man operation... I've looked (eBay being first call), but can't find it.

Anyone know of this device?

Cheers

EZbleed gunson is the thing. Had mine ages and its worked on loads of cars brake & clutch. Just dont overpressurise it with a fully inflated tyre let it down a bit.

Get everything ready tools catch jar etc. before connecting the tyre then work quickly because you dont want to run out of air pressure / volume in the tyre or brake fluid in the bottle because you have to start over.

And remember to remove the bottle from its position wedged down beside one of the pulleys before starting the engine and saying "whats that funny noise" (I did this and in about 10 secs it chewed right through the bottle but I mended it with hotglue and still works)

The one I had wasa rubber pipe with a split in it, and the end blocked.

Fluid could exit the slit under pressure, but no air could get back in.
Worked a treat and cost about £1.50.

Try local carshops, factors.

Gutted, just bought one today

Which cap exactly did you have to drill the in? And to achieve what?

Cheers

See in the picture it comes with a selection of caps to put on the brake reservoir with the hose attached to suck the fluid into the reservoir:

None of the caps fit an impreza reservoir so you have to drill a hole in yours and fit the hose to it. I then bought a replacement cap from a breakers for a fiver but you could just bung the hole.
