i have done about 9k in my01, and now need to rotate the wheels i seem to have more wear on the inside edges of both front tyres,do i need to have the wheels re balanced after changing them over any advice please?

2 issues - they may give steering judder if the uneven wear has upset the balance, but also it sounds like your geometry needs to be done - Scoobies come badly set from factory with a very wide tolerance. Not just your local Kwik Fit type either - proper laser alignment of toe and camber on front and toe on the back is what you need if the MY01 is the same as the earlier models you cannot easily adjust the rear camber.
