how do you adjust handbroake on the my02

two posts in one night this is a record for me. I was wondering how do you adjust the handbrake on the 02 wrx i was looking underneath today and could not see how it's done.
Anyone done it?

Looking in the wrong place,:confussed:
Take the plastic cover off from around your handbrake,a couple of screws,cant remember where they are,only did the job last week as well,anyway.There is a black square blanking cap to the left of the handbrake,pop it out with a flat screwdriver and put your finger in and pull the whole thing over your handbrake.If it doesnt come off there may be more screws,check.Then you will see the handbrake cable 10MM lockin nut I think.Simply take up the slack.Sorry cant remember the details,if I was sat in the car I would remember but its chuckin it down so youll get the jist of it from this.
