Forester 2.5 xt tyres
I have a 2008 Forester which is fitted with the original Yokohama geolander g900 tyres of 215/55/r17 94v in size. It is coming close to the time when I need replace them,so anyone provide some advice on the following?
1. Can I just change the tyres one axle or do I have to change all 4? The guy at ATS was not sure as he had experience issue with subaru's in the past.
2. The Yokohama tyres are in the region on £700 a set, are they any good? And are there and any alternatives? I normally fit pirelli tyres but they don't make them in this size.

It all depends on what you want the car to do.
I have an foz 2.0XT on 16" rims and run Yoko A/T's.
Pop into the europe section on subaruforester.org as that is a good place for foz advice!
You can get Pirelli's:
