Default Tyre PSI on 18" alloys 2005 wrx ??

Okay guys 2005 wrx blobeye running with a set off 18" ultra lite 811 g grid alloys and 225/40/18zr tyres that have been filled with Nitrogen.

1/ what tyres psi would be recommended for front / back ??

2/ Going to show my complete ignorance on the subject here !! but does it make any difference the tyre psi when filled with this Nitrogen as opposed to normal air ?? can it be topped up with air or does it have to be topped up with Nitro again ??

lastly has it been proven that Nitrogen actually makes much difference in the way the tyre acts as opposed to conventinal air ?? do any other folk on here have there tyres inflated with it ??

thats it !! thanks.

Std. is a good start...
Tyre company says follow car makers advice. Car company says follow tyre makers advice.

Nitrogen is supposed to be better, but I can't say I've noticed on a road car, and ideally you'd top up with nitrogen, but I think I'll just add some air.

Okay cheers mate, not sure what to put them at to be honest ??!!

just checked and they are sitting at 30 psi all round, obviously with being aftermarket alloys / tyres the original recommended for the car will be wrong.

30 psi sound about right for 18" alloys running 225/40/18zr tyres ??

take it tyre psi on nitrogen filled tyres is exactly the same as on ordinary air filled tyres ??

thanks guys
