Default Wheel spacer favour.......

I dont suppose anyone has a 10mm wheel spacer i can borrow? I need to see if it gives enough room with my wheels fitted to clear the Brembos on the bugeye with P1 OZ 17s? Im in Aylesbury,Bucks. It will only be for 10 mins at the most. I make a mean cuppa and have loads of hobnobs

Longshot, but worth a try

I will do mate....I might have to by a cheap 10mm spacer and test it out if i cant borrow one. I know that 20mm spacers are fine for brembo gold calipers.....im almost sure that the conversion kit from Godspeedbrakes will fit under the P1 wheels without spacers though

Hello mate, The problem with that is i cant drive the car to you as i cant fit the wheels

The only other option will be pick it up off you after work and drop it back in the morning? I work in Acton so pass the ghetto most days.

You are welcome to borrow mine, I'm in Worcestershire.

To be honest though, they are literally around £12 from a local motor factors so it could be worth just popping in and buying some.

Other than that, have you tried spacing them with 12mm washers to fit over the studs? See how many you require to clear the brakes and then simply measure the thickness of them combined.

Hello mate, 10mm spacers are needed, They clear the caliper by around 1/2mm towards the centre of the rim and about 5 mm towards the tyre. Looks like we need 10mm Hubcentric spacers and wheel studs that are 10mm longer. Hope this helps

You are a diamond buddy.. I am looking at buying a set from CDF racing on here, they have the studs already in the spacers...

I dont think the 10mm spacers have the studs pressed into them from what ive researched. I think 15mm is the thinest spacer with the studs pressed in. For the ease maybe its worth going for 15mm as its a straight bolt on job.

I got a set of the 10mm and longer bolts for £100 delivered from keith @ revolution247.com

If you can wait till monday i can fit them and let you know how they go? I might even do a thread with pics in case anyone else fancies doing it.

I also have a set of absolutely mint adapter spacers which are 20mm thick from CDF. Exactly like these http://www.cdfracing.co.uk/product_i...7dcvlicqvar081

They have the fitted bolts and also come with nuts to fasten the spacer to the original studs.

20mm will definitely fit over your brakes and depending on your offset, should fit under your arches, giving the car a wider stance.

I'm after £150 for the set of 4

Tom
