Default Brembo upgrade

Will be upgrading to brembos this weekend on a 2001 WRX bug. Have calipers, discs and pads

Will the goodridge hoses that are currently on the car (with WRX 4 pots) swap onto the brembos?

Also, are the rears a straight swap? I know the fronts are but have heard that the handbrake shoes are different for sti/wrx?

Any advice appreciated

Hi
Yes the hoses will fit , the rear brakes will fit straight on , but your handbrake shoes are too small for the brembo discs , and the sti shoes won't fit your hubs , you need the thicker handbrake shoes to make it all work

Have you got new discs?
STI discs may have a different offset to the WRX.
You need discs with a PCD of 100

The OP mentions he has calipers discs and pads , the brembo's will all bolt straight on front and rear , but will only work with the specially made thicker handbrake shoes
