Default advice on brakes

Today i fitted the rear disc conversion on my sport (i.e turbo hubs calipers etc) its all on, all i have left to do is bleed the calipers, the question im asking is do i bleed all 4 calipers or just the rears?? also iv replaced the rear hoses with braided hoses, i did try 20 mins of bleeding earlier to no avail, the pedal was still soft???? any ideas would be of great help.
Thanks Nath.

No just bleed the two calipers you've changed. Unless you let the master cylinder run dry in which case all 4 will need doing.

As above, but if it's still soft, do the fronts too.

Do the fronts anyway, only takes seconds whilst you are at it. That way you know you have fresh brake fluid all round.
