Default Which rear brakes?

I just got my AP 4 pot 330 kit to fit my classic impreza.

Now which rear combination i need to balance them out.Atm i have standard i pot 266mm i think.

Would WRXs 290mm two pots do the job or i need 316s from STI?

Thanks for help

Go for the STi Brembos.

Ian Godney does a kit to fit them.

But you need a minimum of WRX 17" wheels to fit over them.

Yeah i know i need 17s.

316s it is then.....just need to make upgrade to SN+ member so i can open topic in wanted area.

Thanks alcazar

EDIT:would it be so wrong if i manage to get 290s since they might be alot cheaper.

Both setups would be a lot better than you have , the larger out of the 2 is the better , but obviously allowing for your budget to have , the 290mm set up will work out quite a bit cheaper to do.

I rallied my Impreza with the 290mm 2 pots on the rear with no problems

Cheers Ian

Yeah i know any upgrade will make big difference comparing to serial stuff.

I was just a bit worried about brake balance of having fromt 330s and rear 290.

Thanks will try to get bigger ones but if i come along to some decent 290s that will be cool also.

Mine came off e-bay, GradeA actually. Paid £200 for two calipers and two good discs.

You then need Ian's kit and brake shoes for the handbrake.
