REAR BRAKES ON HATCHBACK

Hi every one, I'm after a rear brake upgrade on my 08 wrxS hatch back, but have been told that nothing will fit, something to do with the size of the drum and hand brake

all I'm after is subaru 2pot calipers as I have a new up grade on the front and would like to do the rear's aswell, has anyone already done this on a wrx/wrxS hatch yet? or doz any one know how it can be done, cheers hughy
