Default Couple of brake questions

I have the AP racing 330mm kit on my Legacy with Ferrodo pads and HEL lines. Need to replace my rear standard discs, they are 289mm x 18mm i think looking on the EBC website. Im looking to get a set of rear grooved discs with painted hub to match the front ones.

Also my car is in getting new turbo and some other bits on so it will be up at about 350bhp when finished. Is it possible to swap the discs on the AP's to a larger disc without too much extra work? Would be nice if i could get 355mm ones on there easy enough, would i need any bigger pads or that? just want to have max braking performance from the AP's for fast road use and the occasional track day.

Also have quite a few stone chips on my AP's, im wondering is there touch up paint available for these?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers lads
