Will et45 be ok on classic ?

IIRC ET45-48 is the normal,ET45 being the preffered

As above, ET 45 will be fine. Mine are just that (7.5jx18s)

Rear tyres may rub on the outside wheel arch lip depending on wheel width and tyre size and profile. 225x35s on 18s are almost bound to rub on cornering especially if someone's in the back. Also depends if you have the wheelarch lip protectors as these can catch too, then they droop down and catch more.

I have prodrive replicas which are 7.5jx18" et45 The correct tyre is 215/35/18 on a classic. This is what I have with absolutely no rubbing, even with a full car!
