Default Howling from N/S/R after 2 pot conversion

just finished the 2 pot conversion on my classic, all went well.

I used 2nd hand pads, they have alot of meat left on them, until i can afford some new ones.

Now,the NSR howls at low speed braking,if you get it right you can sound like a howling fog horn LOL,its just at the point of stopping it does it and you can sometimes hear a slight slight noise going over bumps

now,is it likely the pads are fooked/contaminated or is it until they are bedded in ? its only the 1 rear side making the noise, but both sides have the same 2nd hand pads in

i have adjusted the handbrake via the ratchet slot in the rear backplate so its not that.

The pads dont have any shims on them,so maybe some copper grease could they could be moving about ??

havent had this issue on any other vehicle with new pads/discs etc
so a bit

Will be glad when they have bedded in to,as it was off the road for a while, the fronts are rusted etc,i did cover them but cannot stop oxidation etc LOL and the brakes are pants currently LOL
