Default Blobeye Replacement Brakes Help Required

Hello all,

Need help with the above.
I have a 55 plate STi Type UK with standard gold Brembo calipers, about 18months ago i fitted them with PF pads as they came highly recommended. Recently a small pulsing in the pedal and some serious butt clenching omg i aint going to stop moments have occured when trying to stop at various speeds.
My intention is to upgrade the brakes as i have fitted Speedline PFF7s to accomodate some larger discs.
Any and all ideas as to what to replace them with would be greatly appreciated.

Tom
APs, Ksports, Godspeed, GT Brembos, PF have all been mentioned.
Mainly for use on fast road/semi track use

Pedal pulsing suggests ABS is doing its job. If so I'd look at your tyres (what came with your PFF7s?) before you spend on more brakes. Nothing wrong with PF pads even on OE discs.

Get like a stop start feel under braking as if there was a stickier part on the disc. Once deglazed again they are not too bad but its still there. Feeling returns very quickly. Garage seems to think grooved discs may help, braking has never really been any good TBH
I fitted Vredestein Sessantas 225 40 18's very happy with them.

As above, pulsing suggests the ABS is kicking in.
Judder is more violent and doesn't necessarily involve butt-clenching moments.

Much appreciated fellas, definately not abs though have felt that on the ice over winter. Powerstation, after taking it out are convinced its the pads/discs, hence i am now looking for replacements/upgrading.
