Question What to do??

Hey guys!

What to do!

Brand new - Official Subaru WRX discs and pads for £180 - collected for free.

Brand new - Godspeed none grooved for £180 + £15 p'n'p!

Which is best? I don't know which to do for the best.

I don't want grooved or drilled discs as they are noisier.

godspeed kevlar (if that's the ones) are better than std, NDX lots better still, grooved discs are noisier but remove any glaze on the pad straight away. Do you want cheap/quiet or safe? For an extra $15? no contest godspeed! Personally i think your tyres/pads/discs are worth spending as much as you can on, skimp on toys not essentials, if you have an "oooo ****" * moment you'll be glad you did
* WARNING the grip on the road from sheffield to derwent/snake pass is NOT consistant! Nearly lost it doing what i considered to be a safe speed in a scooby!
Explains why Def Leppard's rummer only has one arm (yes that road) stupid yank car though, DOH!

After starting this thread I did PM Ian from Godspeed, he suggested due to the saving to go with the official Subaru gear.

Acemodder , depends on what your looking for , the items I could supply you , and genuine Subaru discs and pads will be good quality parts , you can buy cheaper parts such as eBay , and other traders , the quality will not be as good hence the cheaper prices , most of the cheap stuff comes from china.

And just to add as per my PM , the package we are doing with the grooved front and rear discs with the black painted centre's , and our kevlar pads will be a great increase in performance from standard items , and as the kevlar pads are a mild fast road pad they are quiet in use as I know this was a concern of yours.

The front and rear grooved discs with black painted centres , and our kevlar front and rear pads are £215 plus £15 P&P , I would thoroughly recommend these over any standard parts , you will get the best of both worlds , they work perfect from cold , are quiet in use , but will take more heat when you want to press on , they are a very good all round package at not silly money.

Cheers Ian
