Just wanted to thank Ian for the fantastic service I received.

I called yesterday and asked about getting some pads delivered on Saturday as I work a lot and this is the only day I really get time to do any work on my car.

Ian said he would get me a price from the post office. I called back and true to his word he had done just that. I ordered at lunchtime yesterday and the pads arrived this morning, perfect service. Ian also called me to give me the tracking number for the pads, that is going the extra mile.

Too often these days it is hard to find a business that goes the extra mile and is actually helpful.

Cannot thank you enough Ian, I am a new member here and do not often post on forums but felt I had to post this to thank you.

Cannot recommend Ian and his business highly enough, friendly and caring service, first class.

Got the pads fitted and took a picture, so here it is.

Went for a drive and bedded the pads in, the brakes are now fantastic, a vast improvement on the standard items. Would recommend these pads to anyone looking for an upgrade.

Ordered kevlar pads and grooved discs, front and back, yesterday and they arrived today. Got the front on and im really impressed.

Good to hear, there are only a few companies out there who do this. too many companies think once the item has gone out through the door thats it, after care is just as, if not more important than anything else. i must say the discs look familiar. how are you finding them?
