What size master cylinder.

What size master cylinder.
Due to my Syvecs ECU (and my own wish to run a little ALS)I am looking to ditch the stock brake booster, and going with a unboosted pedal box.
I have been looking, and have found different suplliers.
However, the one thing that has me stumped is master cylinder size, and which size is actually the right size.
Is there any calculation I can do to figure out the cylinder sizes.
Car has a Stoptech 328 ST40 setup up front, and WRX 2 pots at the rear.
Also, what size clutch master cylinder should I use, as I am stumped by that as well.
