Default Wheel / tyre size for lowered 2007 WRX

I'm about to replace the standard wheels / tyres on my 2007 WRX lowered with Prodrive springs. I'm thinking of a set of ROTA 18" GRA's. My question is - what is the widest section I can go for - 215 or 225? And can I fit 40 section or will I need to go for 35s to fit the arches?
