Default Odd Disc Wear Pattern

Just another question about my brakes

On the disc that i have talked about before, the rear nearside (It seems not to be as warm as the rear farside disc after driving) i've also noticed that it has a wear pattern near the edges of the disc that the others do not have, looks a slight dark grey and blotchy.

Thanks

It looks as if the pad isn't making contact at that point.
Check that pads on both sides are a) the same and b) both FITTED the same.

it would appear as mentioned above that the pad isn't sitting flat across the full surface

are the discs mounted correctly, calipers sitting sqare and central, pads free, etc??

As far as i am aware yes, but i will have to take them off again and have another look. I will check the other side of the disc also and see if that has any odd patterns.

Thanks

I took the brakes off today and made sure it was all sitting straight and it appeared to be fine, i swapped the pads over from the other side to the side with the problem and then took it for a run but it still seems to not be contacting the disc properely looking at the patterns it is still leaving and disc is still not at the same temp as the other :/.
Also the back of the disc does not have the same pattern which id odd, just seems to be the front of the rear left!?

Thanks

Are the pads the same on both sides? Are they sitting the same in the calipers?
