Brake bias valve

Brake bias valve
ive got a scooby classic, was originally a GL but in 2000 it had a STI redtop conversion. its also got 296mm discs on the front with 4pot subaru calipers and single pots on the rear ( not sure of the disc size) No abs.
Well basically i question is i want to fit a bias valve. do i make more braking on the front but then agian when i brake hard the front nose will point down or do i make more braking on the rear so the back sits down on heavy braking??? A bit confused with the bias valve and how to do adjustment so best outcomes. anyone got one fitted on here?

a bias valve can't give you any more pressure it can only reduce it, so for what your after it wont work - to do it "properly" you would want an adjustable bias pedal box but not exactly practical for a road car in general terms
the easiest/cheapest option is to improve the rear brakes to retore a good 'balance'
