I know this question should be in the wheels and tyres section but It may go unnoticed there (sorry to the moderators if you have to shift this)

The manual for my MY02 says 32 fr 33 rear. When I checked the tyres for the first time they were 36/34

What is best for handling / wear on MY01/2 Any ideas ?

My previous Turbo was the same and with all the roundabouts I have to travel around here the nearside shoulders wore out quickest !

Yorkie, I have tinkered around with the pressures on 3 models of Scoob with different rim/tyre sizes and the best results were from the figures in the manual (or on the pillar below the drivers door catch).

I think you mean 33f 32r as per the manual for 17" on an MY02.

Thank goodnes you don't live in Milton Keynes then. They must have one roundabout per head of population.

This thread is best moved.

Yorkie, you prompted me to check the pressures on my new wrx.
I felt it wasn't quite right, a bit scittish at speed..
Guess what, 38psi ON ONE SIDE of the car (F and R) and 31.5 on the other side!
Checked cold with 2 different guages.
now 33/32 feels much better.
Can't believe the dealer allowed this.
