Default Brakes not good

Hi guys, hope your all doing good. Ive just rebuilt me front 4pot calipers and changed the brake hoses to goodridghe ones. Ive bled the brakes twice and when i came to drive the car the car stops and the pedal feels a bit spongy but when i pump the brake pedal again coming to a sstop the pedal has a good firm feeling.

Was wondering now if there is still air in system or something else?

You didn't get the calipers on the wrong sides, did you? Bleed nipples at the TOP.

Try bleeding again, rear n/s, rear o/s, front n/s, front o/s.

HI
Yes as Jeff says , check you haven't put the calipers back on upside down , the bleed nipple must be at the top of the caliper
Cheers Ian

Hey thanks for the replies, yeah the bleed nipples are at the top. i bled the brakes as stated in the subaru manuel as

front passenger
rear driver
front driver
rear passenger

Do you think there is still air in the system?

probably, the abs pump is a pain to get air out of. I have had my 03wrx pressure bled three times, each time they get a little more air out, they put though three litres of fluid through last time and it is still feels like there is air in lines.

I would get them pressure bled first and see if there is an improvement.
Subaru do not know of a way to purge the ABS pump on my car. I thinking of fitting a new master cylinder as the seals may have gone?
