Default Type UK SIT Front Tyre Wear

Morning folks

Just wondering if this is a common problem but the front tyres on the STi MY04 are wearing on the edges a hell of a lot mor ethen they wear across the central breadth. Both front tyres doing this and doing it equally on the inner and outer edge.

Any ideas please?

Sounds like low tyre pressures, unlikely to be alignment as effect is even across tyre. Recommended is 34F 31R but for a road car you could push up to 38F 34R. This would arguably give slight loss of grip/harsher ride but not really noticeable in practice. Wear will be reduced at the higher pressures, I used to get about 24k out of a set of GSD3 F1s with higher pressures.

As above, I run 36psi on the front along with Powerstation geometry set up I get around 26,000 miles on the front of a blob eye.
