Exclamation HELP CHOOSING NEW BRAKES

Hi, i have nearly finishing my rebuild and will be putting out around 330bhp due to standard gearbox, after gearbox change can put out around 400bhp

So what big brake kits would you all recommend for a car made for the road but also taking part in track days? My budget is £800 - £1000 i know i will probably only get the front brakes sorted with this cash
I have a 1998 uk turbo.

I have seen makes like tarox, d2, k sport on the net but have no idea what to go for, hope some one can help as im totally lost.

Thanks.

never heard any bad press with the k-sport setup and at a very nice price but for me AP's all the way, you can get a set of second hand 4 pots or 6 pots for that money but then add the fitting if you cant do it yourself. you might get away with a set of 4 pots fitted for that price albeit a second hand set but the 6 pots dependant on condition of disks etc your budget will be gone.

HI
I can supply you one of my kits with our own make 330mm x 28mm grooved discs , alloy bells , alloy mounting brackets , AP CP 6600 4 pot calipers and Ferodo DS2500 pads for £895.
You will need 17" wheels to fit them under

The bells I have are anodised black

Cheers Ian
