spec c alloys
hi guys and gals , have recently been offered a set of spec c alloy wheels that were removed from the car when new so they havent been used , good price aswell .
the problem is they were tried on a hawkeye ( not sure if it was a hawkeye sti though or a wrx ? ) and they didnt fit ?
i am planing to fit them on my version 3 , i know i could be askin for trouble but the wheels look sooo good and im wondering if they will fit i know mine are 5x100pcd but im not sure what stud pattern the wheels are , i also know they were tried on an 06 blobeye wrx and they didnt fit that either ??? i asked what car they were removed from but the pete said all he knew is that it was a spec c and having a look at them quickly in the workshop i knew they were from a spec -c .
my opinion would be that they are from a bugeye spec-c hence why theyre not fiting hawkeyes and blobeye models ? if they are from a bugeye then am i right in saying they should fit my classic ???
even if they are not 5x100 , has any1 ever changed the stud pattern on their classics to suit newer wheels ? i know this would also employ changing the discs , from what i have heard the newer cars have larger bearings in the hubs also ?

Do you mean the BBS lightweight alloys? probably off a blob if they dont fit a hawk (pre 05 car), the tyres will be the wrong size for your car though, will really put your speedo out and probably rub if you have lowered it
