hi guys will be doing an upgrade to 4 pots on front in few weeks an wondering what dot brake fluid is best to use. what is recomended an where from. also ive heard u have to bleed all 4. is this best? tahnks for help

yeah you should bleed all 4, and use dot 4.1 or 5.1 NOT dot 5 though. millers or motul are pretty good brands. hope this helps.

nice 1 mate ive not been out to car but what does it actually recomend on the lid if u can remember. is it the higher the dot the better

yeah i am using 5.1. cant say much difference but i rest in the knowledge that it is better fluid so for the extra few pennines it dont matted

Don't buy fluid based soley on the DOT rating.

The RBF600 (DOT 4) is the better of the two and what I use on my own car. The Motul 5.1 would be fine too for fast road use though.
