REAR BRAKE UPGRADE

I'am wanting to change the rear drums for discs on the wife's 97 sport can any one help with some info on this,like hand brake and cables will they need changed,i'am sure loads of you have done it.

pretty sure you need the complete brake assembly/backing plate off a turbo although your cables should fit
