PF Pad question
I knew my brakes were getting bad, but they've really dropped off in the last few days, so I've decided to go the whole hog and swap out the hoses, fluid, discs and pads, but i'm not sure what compound pads to go for. I know the Z ones are for fast road use and the 01's are track use, but are the wear rates any different?
I've read people on here saying they really notice the difference between the two compounds, so if they wear the same I guess the 01's would be best, but i do a bit of mileage, so i'm after something that will survive service interval style mileage.
Any ideas?

My Z pads have done 37k miles since early 2007 and have hardly worn (nor the discs either!).
Rear uprated pads (can't remember what make) were replaced at the same time and are on their last legs, so its not as if I don't brake.
As your priority is for length of service than absolute performance then go for the Z'ds - they still offer far better performance than the std set up did.
