Squeak/squeal after warming up

My STI 3 has started to make a very quiet squealing noise after about 30 minutes of driving. Seems to be in connection with the road wheels (front passenger side) and not engine related as does it when the clutch is down, etc.
It doesn't go away when the brakes are applied.
Any ideas?
