Which ones are you enquiring about? 1144 /1155 or others?

only bad thing ive found with mintex is the squeal, hot or cold they can squeal at slow speeds,
as above 1144/1155s do what they say on the box really.

Mintex Extreme give off a lot of dust, and they squeal too, but rreasonable brakes an only about £70 for 4-pots

pay the extra and get red stuff with drill and grove disks
cost you about 300 quid but worth every penny

yeah . well there is a place on ebay crn doing f+r disks n pads for 180 pp which i think is quite resonable . mintex pads
for a bit more u can get red stuff so i might do that
