Original 16in wheels standard on pre-delivery P1's will they fit my MY99 with factory fitted brakes?

they are the same 4 pots as a p1 so they should fit
mark

Yes. The gold 6 spoke 16's fitted to the P1's when they were imported were exactly the same as the 99/00 6 spoke silver wheels, just a coat of gold over the face of them.
