22B tyre pressures?

22B tyre pressures?
Anyone know what they should be for normal road use? Standard 22B BBS alloys shod with 235/40/17 Yokohama rubber. Thanks.

I have just spotted the sticker below the driver's door shut. It's obviously all in Japanese but there are three numbers:
2.3 / 2.1 (and below it)
4.2
I assume that this is 2.3 bar (= 33.4 PSI) front and 2.1 bar (= 30.5 PSI) back. I have no idea what the 4.2 refers to though.
