Default 15" and 4 pots dont go 8(

as I just found out after buying a set of 15" wheels to use as 'winter wheels'
sadly, I put the back wheels on first, so had to change them AGAIN once I found the fronts didnt fit

...this also means I dont actually have a spare that I can use on the front of the car

You can fit 15's over the four pots , because my rally car has them , speedline , raceline and revolution wheels fit

not sure even a competition 16" wheel will clear a Brembo caliper..........but as above i and many others use 15" rally wheels with SUBARU 4pots in the winter, etc........

hmmmmm
gonna try again today. the 15" '5 spoke' subaru wheels i just bought definitely clattered the calipers (standard 4 pot subaru calipers/discs) I couldnt actually get the wheel to sit flush to get it over the studs properly...gonna try the spare that came with the car....which is also a 15" subaru 5 spoke wheel

I'll post back with how I get on

If I ever get a punchure, I will have to use the space saver from the boot, but will have to put the spare wheel on the back then the rear wheel on the front (punchure) nice.

just checked again: neither the new 15" wheels nor my spare 15" wheel fit over the 4 pots

so its gonna be a swap around if I have a front problem
.......
the wheels are very tight to the caliper and the small cast 'bumps' on teh inside f the wheel foul the calipers heavily

Bit of a thread resurrection but I'm sure I have read somewhere that these particualr OEM alloys allow clearance for 4 pots

Thought as much thought I might have found a back door to some cheap gravel rims

Just means I have justification to buy Speedline 2118's
