BG Developments in Bromsgrove do this all the time. They're also an AP Racing agent so have access to their range of discs and calipers.
They'll want the disc and caliper and unless it's a car they've done before they'll need the "corner" ie the strut, hub carrier, hub and sometimes even a wheel for some time while they do the design and for a trial assembly. This is easy if it's a project car but a pain if it's your road car.
If it's for a Scoobie then they've done plenty so they know the relationship between hub, OEM brake caliper mounts, wheel etc so they'll just want caliper and disc and may want to try it inside a wheel while you wait.

was looking at some fiat 20vT brembo 4pots goin cheap on ebay. auction went over what i would have paid for em anyway.
just out of interest if some come up again, how much do you charge for brakets?
