Unhappy

Just had my OZ 17's fitted today (with Toyos) to replace my OEM 16s. First thing I noticed was that the fairly sharp steering geometry setup I got from Powerstation a while ago has gone. Im booked back into Powerstation but must admit I'm surprised that just changing the wheel size could've affected the handling so adversly.
Is this usual?

It may be that you new tyres need a while to 'scrub' in to match the geometry. I was told this when I had my geometry done, and it did seem to improve after a few hundred miles....

Be interesting to see what Powerstation say.....

Cheers
Tim

Thumbs up

Cheers Tim
I spoke to Powerstation yeterday in fact and they thought (as you did) that the tyres needed a bit of time to scrub into the current geometry settings. I've put a few (!) miles on them this weekend and, although it might just be my imagination, the steering does seem to be "tightening up" again.
