Default best tyres for classic

i need a new set of rubbers for my classic. it has 18" ultralites with 215/35/R18s on it but the tyres are slightly stretched. id like to go with 220 or 225/40s but im unsure what tyre is best for this size on a classic?
cheers

If you can get Goodyear Eagle F1s, either the GSD3s or the asymetrics, you won't go wrong! Great all rounders!
