Default PAGID RS421 BLACK

Hi, anyone fitted set of Pagid black brake pads and had problems ?????.
fitted set to my 2005 STI and it seems as if pads are to small for caliper, when reversing and then braking all four sets of pads make a noise as if loose in the calipers, then makes same noise when moving forward, no issue with stopping and work brilliant, these are a replacment of first set and are the same part number ??? The noise is driving me mad...
any ideas.
cheers

have the backing shims and springs been re-fitted, sounds more like the pads are being allowed to move in the caliper??

hi Alyn, the shims and anti rattle springs have been refitted, when the wheels
are removed and looking at the caliper there seems to be about 1mm at the top of the pads as though they are to small in the caliper its self just wondering if anyone else has had same issue ?? with after market pads.

Again different caliper but had black in my 4 pots and they squealed like pigs despite shims and copper grease.
Didn't mind cos they stopped at least

They've got to have some clearance in the caliper or they'll get stuck. I even ease mine a bit by filing off any burrs on the contact faces, which can be quite rough on some pads. The clicking doesn't bother me at all.
