Default Removing stuck discs??

Got some new Godspeed front discs and mintex pads and made an attempt to fit them on my bugeye, but had a problem with not being able to remove the old discs from the hub. Gave them a good whack on the back of the disc, but after 30000 miles there pretty stuck....

Any suggestions to remove them?

Cheers

in the centre of the discs you will find 2x M8 holes, simply wind a couple of bolts in and it presses them off the hub.................

When you get them off ( I prefere the whack it method , turn the disc 180 degrees between taps ) make sure the hub face is clean and free of rust before fitting the new discs , I use wire brush attachments in a drill and 4" grinder to clean them up , if this isn't done the discs wont run true.

On the subject of the whacking method it is more effective to hit the hub part of the disc radially whilst tightening jacking bolts, the idea being to impart shock to the rusted face sideways. Especially if you want to reuse the discs.
