Sourcing 888's and baffled sumps?
I'm off to Spa and the Nurburgring in a week for 10 trackdays in 11 days day, my current RE070's have seen better days and was thinking about 888's as a possible replacement.
Due to the extra grip induced by 888's, what is the risk of oil starvation and therefore needing a baffled sump? I know of cars that have gone bang due to the oil starvation on track running 888's. I don't have the time to source and fit a baffled sump before next weekend.
So 2 simple questions...
1) 888's, will I need a baffled sump? Yes or No.
2) Cheapest place for 888's? Cheapest so far is £125 per tyre inc delivery.

That will be Camskill I guess.... they are noisy, soft and aquaplane in any puddle you see, I love 'em.
IMHO it will be sustained high speed corners that will give you problems....

I'll be taking them with me and killing off my RE070's at Spa then fitting the 888's out there, there's tyre fitting/support. It's only TF days at the Ring so I won't be on track constantly, managed 39 laps last weekend Sat-Mon.
