Default Fitting Rear Pads and Discs

I need some info on fitting new pads and discs at the rear on a 98 uk turbo.

found these on ebay
SUBARU IMPREZA 98>on WRX TURBO REAR BRAKE DISCS & PADS on eBay, also, Subaru, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 24-Jul-08 17:23:17 BST)

can anyone tell me if these will be ok and also is it going to be a hard job to replace them i.e will i need any specialist tools.

Many thanks
