On the cheap, the best thing to find is an STi version and get the Subaru 4 pot calipers and discs from that. Plenty of good pad options to go with those and will make a difference over the standard front calipers.
As for the rears, you could convert them to the STi 2 pots and larger discs, but it may be cheaper to simply get some second hand serviceable calipers the same as your originals. Again, with new discs, sliding calipers and good pads, the braking should be much improved.
The larger rear 2 pots need a bracket/brake shoe kit which is fairly pricey so for ease it might be better to stick with the standard.
For fast road use, this is probably the best in your situation and still gives options for upgrading (pads and discs) later if you wish. I currently use standard rears (serviced), Subaru 4 pot fronts, standard discs and Mintex 1155 pads all round. This improved the braking a lot over standard for me now they've bedded in.
