Wheel Alignment almost for sure..

Get it checked together with a wheel balance.

I'd check your balance first! Mine was very simliar when the tread is running down (but you've still got plenty to go), it can fell very bad through the wheel.

Take it in and have it looked at, try a specialist or someone with Impreza knowledge experience?

We had a customer come to us the other day, a 'local' garage had advised him he needed an engine cradle (he purchased an OEM one), and a wishbone.

We looked at it and it was a knackered Track rod end!

What tyres have you got on your car at the moment?

I had a very similar problem on my Imp, untill I change my tyres from Yoko's to Toyo's. Now the car goes in a straight line when I want it to (apart from in 60mph cross winds!) and takes corners like its on rails!

If you've got worn Bridgestone RE010s on, then even if everything else is alright it could be them tramlining and chuntering away. Throw them away! Get a full new set of tyres - my Toyos on 16"s were under £360 the set at Tyres Northampton, and they were doing Goodyear F1s at the same price.
