Default can you change the PCD?

as above

can you change the PCD on say a 2003 sti from 100 to 114? what would you need to change? the hubs? or what?

Think the hubs are bigger, to get bigger bearings in....
A good engineering shop may be able to re-drill your hubs to suit, but that's quite a lot of work and money too !
