Workout how much clearance you need and get try to get spacers that work with the existing bolts (you can get 3mm, 5mm, 10mm spacers and longer studs from places like Demon Tweaks).

A guy in Holland had the same problem, and he chamfered the caliper on a milling machine.
The new versions of the D2 kit have these chamfered edged already, so maybe you bought some old stock.

I use the TAROX 6pot brake kit in my car with 17'' Superleggera rims without any problem and i am thinking to replace the TAROX kit for a D2 kit like this ones. Is anyone knows how much clearance-offset must have the rim for a clean installation?
