Any one tried the above tyres, the previous owner of my car replaced one of the tyres ONLY with this tyre even though the other were on the way out.

I would look on the search.....

The others are the std Bridgstones, shoudl a go for all Avons or bin the new one and go for someting else?

The most dangerous tyres I've ever used No wet or dry grip, the car would break away at mild speed on corners with no warning - ask any of the alton towers lot last year!!! As soon as I got back I changed for Eagle F1's at around 70 quid each and never looked back!!

Cheers ScoobyJawa

Which type of F1 did you fit - as far as I can see there are three types on their web side - A, B and D2 (I think)?

Cheers

Really have to have my say also for the record, that these are a huge great pile of utter cr&p. Do not, under any circumstances by them!

Nuff said.

Thumbs down

Agree with all of the above - utter poo

Not sooo bad in the dry (quite good traction), but in the wet they are dangerous with the amount of grip they don't provide. Now with F1's (D2) and much happier.

The eagles are the GS-D2 variety - look like the s02 and T1s toyos.

Oh i don't know so much.....can be *entertaining* in the wet, average in the dry but certainly they give you lots of practice in learning the handling of your car!!

Hi What about Avons on the rear and F1 on the front to counter the understeer!!!! PS this is on a Legacy GTB which understeers more than the Impreza!
